born out of a passion for creativity and quality, with a conviction that

communication with any Winwood team member is welcomed and encouraged.
Our focus to remain a low volume builder (12-15 homes per
year) allows upper management to be site active, hands on and fully
engaged in each project.

family is unique and their home will be created as "one of a
kind" from the ground up, to suit their specific lifestyle and
budget. The creation of the home is a process in which
flexibility with regard to design and decor decisions must be
offered.
